Visionary leadership.

March 29th, 2008 · 2 Comments · Politics

With the Democrats torn apart by a protracted primary contest that shows no sign of ending any time soon, it’s good to see Howard Dean really stand up and deliver some stern, decisive demands to his party. Demands like:

“I think it would be nice to have this all done by July 1.”

Hell yeah, Howie! They’d better get this taken care of - AND FAST. The kind if FAST that sometimes takes another three months, but fast nonetheless.

“Somebody is going to lose this race with 49.8 percent of the vote and that person has got to pull their supporters in behind the nominee.”

That’s the kind of bold vision that can help lead the party out of this seemingly endless quagmire and deliver a mandate for the final nominee!

Howard Dean, ladies and gentlemen. Truly the soul of the Democratic party.

Your security robots ate my first attempt at a comment. Second, shorter version: Happy Birthday. Or, at least, that is what my robots tell me.

It’s all part of my plan to eventually silence everyone who does not vocally support the comedy freight-train that is the potential Ron Paul/Mike Gravel LP presidential ticket.
